Fiber Spinning Units (FSU)

Precision Spinning at Every Twist

Our patended Fiber Spinning Units (FSU) deliver exceptional control and precision, achieving up to 30 twists per minute with remarkably few downstream twists—ensuring stable, high-quality fiber formation. The adjustable shape mode, with fine control of both geometry and symmetry, allows operators to tailor the spinning process to exact production requirements. Designed to protect even the most delicate fibers, the FSU operates with zero damage risk, thanks to its optimized guiding and tension management. With only one oscillating pulley engineered to 0.1° precision, the system ensures consistent, reliable performance while simplifying operation and maintenance.
